Can I cancel or change my order after I've placed it?Updated 2 years ago
As orders are sent to our warehouse within a few minutes, we are unable to make changes to the order once it has been placed.
If you wish to cancel, please submit a request via live chat and we will do our best to assist you with this, however it may not always be possible.
Once we have received your request, we will update you via email as soon as possible.
If your order has already shipped we do offer a quick and easy returns service.
