I placed my order just before the item went on sale, can you refund the difference?Updated a year ago
If your order is still ‘awaiting fulfilment’ we may be able to cancel and refund your order, and you can re-place the order using the offer or discount code.
Please note that the stock will become available for all customers to purchase when we cancel the order, so there is a chance you will not be able to re-order.
We are unable to refund you the difference if you placed your order before the offer begun. If your order is already awaiting dispatch or completed, we cannot process a refund for the difference.
