My payment has been declined but I'm not sure why?Updated a year ago

We take fraud seriously, which may mean that sometimes genuine payments get declined due to the fraud rules that we have in place. If this happens, make sure that the billing address you are using matches the address that the card is registered to, and that this has been input accurately.

If you are using a VPN, or delivering to a country that does not match your billing address, this may also be flagged as fraudulent in our system. 

If you have made multiple attempts and the issue persists, we would recommend using an alternative payment method.
