What are your opening hours?

We are open from 9am-5pm GMT. Excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Do you have a physical shop?

We will be opening a physical shop in the UK very soon. However you can shop online with us 24 hours a day, from all over the world.

I've contacted you via social media, when will you reply?

Our social media pages are not monitored by a member of the customer services team but if you have an order or product query, it is best to contact us via the website, or leave a message in this chat.

We aim to respond to all emails within 48 working hours. Please note we don�t reply to emails on Saturday or Sunday as our offices are closed.
